Has been employed at Signature Title Company
since 1996. She is a licensed underwriter in addition
to her other duties. Her experience in all aspects
of the industry allow her to manage the daily operations
with a hand-on approach as well as introduce our company
to potential clients. Her vision for Signature Title
Company is based on building the company with integrity
and quality.

B. Bell, Sr. ___Vice
President and Co-Owner
Has been with Signature Title Company since the company’s
inception in 1995. He previously retired from Coca-Cola
Company after 35 years. His vision for Signature Title
Company is his second career in life. His expertise
in the company is as a title examiner. His experience
and guidance helped mold Signature Title Company into
the company that it is today.

B. Bell Jr. ___Secretary/Treasurer
and Co-Owner
Has also been with the company since
it’s beginning in 1995. After graduating from
college, he began his career at Signature Title Company.
He has been instrumental in building the company from
the ground up. He prides himself in knowing every aspect
of the business. His expertise falls into the area of
title research which has allowed him to refine his skills
to perform both commercial and residential title examinations.
In addition, he is often called as an expert witness
for many land disputes. This allows him to assist our
clients in many different areas.

Marable ___Senior
Underwriter
Has been with Signature Title
since 2001. Valerie has learned the business from the
ground up. As a licensed underwriter, she works diligently
to grow within the company and has become a vital piece
of our family. She is responsible for all underwriting
tasks within our office.

Mindar ___Settlement
Agent
Has
been with Signature Title Company since 2006. She is
licensed both licensed as a real estate agent and a
title underwriter. She has been employed in various
aspects of real estate for over 18 years. Her experiences
have aided her in gaining expert knowledge in all types
of closings, including short sales and foreclosures.
This has helped bring Signature Title Company to the
forefront of the title industry. Holly prides herself
in customer service and never fails to go the extra
mile for our clients.
